Wedding

Between June and October 2007, Louella spent countless hours planning their wedding while Bryce was in Afghanistan working for the US Army. Though Louella was forced to coordinate the entire day alone, she made ever attempt to include Bryce and emailed hundreds of photos to him. Though separated by thousands of miles, they still managed to look at rings as well as all the decorations together.

Finally in October 2007, Bryce returned from Afghanistan anxious to celebrate and marry his beautiful bride. On October 19th, Bryce & Louella, along with their wedding party, attended their wedding rehearsal and afterwards, Bryce took everyone to eat at “Texas Road House” where they had spent their first date together.

The following day, October 20, 2007, Bryce and Louella were married at the “Dorchester Plantation,” originally a working cotton plantation, in Denison Texas. The chapel was everything Bryce and Louella had imagined and their wedding was definitely a dream come true. Louella’s maid-of-honor was Trixy and Melissa acted as her bride’s maid; Bryce’s best man was Bill and Tom stood in as his groomsman. Louella’s niece, Alyiah, was the flower girl and Bryce’s nephew, Dylan, was the ring bearer. Nell (Louella’s mother) was escorted down the aisle by Louella’s son Kris and Kay (Bryce’s mother) and Jan (Bryce’s step-mother) were escorted down the aisle by Ethan (Bryce’s nephew) followed by David (Bryce’s father). Louella was escorted down the aisle by her two sons, Jeremy and Kris. Rusty performed the small ceremony which was attended by their closest friends and family members.
