Apace (“Statis Bar Spirit”), registered in the APHA, was born on April 26, 2001; she is extremely gentle, absolutely loves cool water sprayed on her in the summer, and will also be bred very soon for her first foal.

Cricket (“Sheza New Twist”), registered in the AQHA, was born in 1989 and continuously gives us great foals every year. She is the daughter of Heza New Twist, the 1986 NRHA World Champion, who has won more than $225,946.00, and proud momma of “Tadpole” and “Spirit.”

Tadpole (“B&L Heza Texas Twist”), a Quarter Horse Gelding, had the honor of being the first horse foaled on the ranch. He was born on March 12, 2006 and almost sold soon thereafter due to the fact he was caught chewing on the tailgate of Bryce’s new Dually Truck. However, cooler heads prevailed (meaning Louella put her little foot down) and Tadpole has become (1) Louella’s horse and (2) a welcomed addition.

Spirit (“B&L Lamasco Princess”), registered in the AQHA, was born a year later on March 27, 2007. She was our first little Philly born on the ranch and consequently rather spoiled. Her little legs were so long when she was born that she would often (lazily) lie down to graze.

Logan's Lady, a young Palomino, was recently brought home in honor of Bryce & Louella’s first grandchild. “Lady,” though initially under-sized, is currently “growing like a weed” and developing perfectly.
